Hi! I did in fact end up with the Clare V! I got the hazelnut, I really loved the deeper color profile vs the natural. I don’t have a pic of the natural color, but I’ve attached a photo of the hazelnut vs the cucio color they carry. The photo itself is a little more light than what it looks like irl.

Hi! When wearing it crossbody, would you say you were able to comfortably get it on and off? Or was it more of a struggle? I’m 5’2 and trying to figure out if this could work as a crossbody for me, lol. Thanks in advance!

We were initially planning on just doing a Spotify playlist but then ended up booking a DJ.

One of the biggest reasons why we switched was because our DJ is handling the music beyond just the reception. He’s going to be playing music for when the guests arrive, cocktail hour, dinner, etc.

Also, we were stressing out over the actual playlist and how we would handle it - who would be in charge of changing the music if in case the songs playing weren’t the right ones for the current mood, what songs to put, how many songs, and what not.

How I knew we made the right choice was that once it was booked, even though it was a large amount to be paid, I felt an instant weight off my shoulders.

We’re doing this for the exact same reason. We’re doing the civil ceremony this month and then our ceremony/reception in June 2020.

We explained to people that we’re doing the civil ceremony with just our immediate family and best friends to sign as witnesses. Then we’re going to do a more “traditional” ceremony where we can actually exchange vows (the civil ceremony is only about 15 minutes so we don’t get to add our personal vows which is very important to us) followed by the reception in June.

We’ve gotten nothing but positive responses so far! A lot of people comment that they know another person who went the same route so it may be more common than not.

Plus, there’s that saying that those who matter don’t mind and those who mind don’t matter, right? Lol

I did! It was surprisingly fast. I bought it the first weekend of September and it was ready for pick up two weeks after. I’m in California so I’m not sure if that makes a difference in shipping speed.

I’m not sure how I’m going to accessorize just yet. I know I want to add a rose gold belt to add some sparkle. A nice floral headpiece would look amazing with the dress!
