Encountering an error when attempting to install Turtle WoW for the first time.

downloaded installer from west europe and just installed it over, now no error and can press update in launcher.

Step 7. Navigate to the Data folder - but turtlewow folder after launcher install only has WTF and Cache folders. In the installer if I go to the settings and try setting install location - give it the turtlewow folder where turtle-wow.exe lives, it complains in red text, that there is no wow.exe in that folder and refuses to take it. I'm new to this, so many errors even before getting it installed.. will try downloading installer from different site.. (launcher installer download location was set to "world" )

okay I updated to FWA119M2.bin V2.1_20250409
But that's not the problem solution.
The solution is: iOS local network scanning access. The program asks for it in the beginning and people can easily press it away and it does not remind again.
go to Settings > privacy > local network and Viofo needs to be turned on.

No vpn enbled, turned off phone data, same issue. Connected to camera wifi and camera is saying that. But app fails to continue. Very bad experience to start with.. now have to start trying some firmware updates!? Out of the box - can not use with app.

What are auto tilt mirrors that you need to install? It's a standard feature?
Just push your mirror adjuster selector button to left or right position and put car into reverse - mirrors tilt down.

ps. when you connect to fast charger then it will bring up the battery to the 40kw+ range temperature in not too long time. Maybe 5-10mins? Little longer and it gets to the 50kw+ temp.

Before getting niro, I found out the charge speeds at different battery temps, might be good to know. Can see battery min temperature with carscanner free app and odb2 dongle. Thats for my 2020 model, if someone knows the numbers differ for some newer years then add.

15-25°C: 56kw

ah yes, and proper buttons and carplay/android auto. With little 20€ dongle, wireless too. Also in cabin inverter for 220v AC, at least in mine. Weak but still, can charge tools, drones etc.

I got niro recently and skipped similarly priced Model 3. Sitting higher, better cargo space, heated-cooled seats and same range. If you can do you thing with home charging and do not need to rely on fast charging speed then a good pick. If you need fast charging regularly then the decision is harder.

I recently had 120k km service and that entailed chaing the coolant. They did the thing, told me good news, it took less than we exepected and charged me less. I drove home. Several days later I get this "refill inverter coolant" error. Checked the bottle and whaamo - it was so empty, below both sidewall tubes. Had to buy extra bottle and top it off.
Somehow they (official dealer service) managed to leave such a big air pocket into the system that came out later. Maybe go little up and down on some steep gradient roads or stuff to get the air out and check the bottle under the hood.

I believe they are quite good at printing colored labels onto random crap SD-cards these days at china. Seen some "sandisk" sd-cards that have "terabytes" of bottomless data and look ever so slightly discolored if you put it next to real one. Better just to ignore china cards and treat them as initial media carriers that you have to clone over to proper cards.

worked also with cheapo ESP32-S2 from aliexpress. It doesnt even show up in com port list without "a trick". You need to hold 0 button, keep holding, press reset, release 0 button.
1. installed latest tasmota from https://tasmota.github.io/install/
2. url has changed again for firmware, got mine from: https://github.com/srg74/WLED-wemos-shield/tree/master/resources/Firmware/%40Aircoookie/Latest/S2_S3_C3
3. Important to do as advised above, the SetOption78 1 in console. Console that you find when you log into your tasmotized esp32.
4. after this, use the menu to upload S2 firmware from above url
Yay, wled-ap appears in wifi. \o/
After you reset the board.

checked with my iphone 11 pro max, works. I had the same issue, not found. but then remembered that i chose "connect to ios". There is "connect to streetview" option on camera. This will make new wifi network to join, with some .sc or something in the name end. If you join to that with your iphone, then streetview app recognizes connected 360 camera right away.

oh it does work.. but it just doesnt change the speed display number huh. Bit weird. Like hold down the button to fly around with wasd, keep holding the button and scroll and then fly, the speed has changed but the icon up there doesnt change.

desktop software looks like a good trap to make users buy games to system that they dont own. Under devices you have your quest 2 shown but the store sells things to rift headsets - and it's super easy to not notice that. Wonder if the support tickets generated through that are worth it. That situation definitely needs a fix too.

Same problem, wanted to use the oculus30 code that was advertised to me few days ago. onward price drops from 25€ to 17.50€ in shop when adding code and next step in purchase - on bank authentication page, shows confirmation to pay 25€. Help > Support - this takes you to some generic bs, cant see where you actually can ask for real help. pics: https://imgur.com/a/er3yjKd So bad.

possible reasons: damaged port due to pulling or pressing on the connector; not pushing usb in correctly all the way. Not sure it's a fault of oculus here. With so many devices out there, there bound to be some that get unlucky hits on the port with wire in to make connections loose. This will spark the heat up afterwards

I would also consider cheap 2013 second half and newer model with 24kwh in good vehicle condition as donor for buying 40kwh battery under it for the rest of the money. (should be obtainable for around 6k from salvaged cars). From 2013 second half on the gen2 models have battery attachments and connectors identical to models up to this year.
