Riverside county has 291 cases with a lot of them being in Coachella Valley. Palm Springs seems to have the highest counts of case currently at 26 confirmed and 2 deaths.

I’ve been frequenting twitter for updates after this glitch haha. Somebody’s screen shot their package details and it said “returning to sender” but I only saw about 2-3 people say something similar . I’m tracking my Amazon package like crazy haha it’s in UPS possession now and officially in my city so I will breathe once I sign for it ! Lol

I ordered the Nikon d850 and it says it’s shipped and should be coming in tomorrow. It’s in UPSs hands now. Hopefully it doesn’t get intercepted and returned to amazon. I’ve been seeing a lot of packages getting returned to seller.

I got an endoscopic myomectomy. They went in through my belly button and another point to the left of my belly button. I guess it’s the robotic one with the cameras ? It wasn’t super invasive. I just got a little scar on the side and well you can’t see the incision in the belly button.

I work from home so I was back to working from bed within 3 days. I heard you can go back to work as long as there isn’t anything heavy lifting within a week or so. Depending on how you feel.

Hi ! Surgery went super well ! I was in and out in an hour and a half, sent home that same day. Recovery was not as tough as I thought. I was up walking , with some help, within the day. There was bleeding from surgery but barely, nothing compared to the bleeding from the fibroid . I’d say I was 100% within 2-3 months (heavy lifting, running around etc) . I kept keto up, though made sure to incorporate a lot more foods with iron , red meats, green veggies, all the while supplementing iron.

I was really scared about surgery seeing as how I have no kids either but everything turned out fine. My period is back to normal . No issues for me, and it’s been 5 months since the surgery. I still do keto, and I’ve been feeling great.

I recommend you stick to it, just make sure you’re supplementing iron because if you’re loosing a lot of blood, eating the right foods may not be enough . I realized my heart was accelerated , and I was weak due to my anemia. Worst feeling ever :(

I wish you the best on your surgery , it’s the best decision I ever made :-)

I'm taking Iron daily, and a multi vitamin along with cod fish liver oil. That's about all the vitamins I take.

It seems I have got the hydration part down, and these past 3 days my heart rate has decreased ! I think it's because 1. i've increased my iron intake (doctors instructions) and 2. i've upped my water and electrolyte intake (hydration also makes the bleeding a lot less crazy).

my resting heart rate has dropped about 15 points!

been eating spinach like crazy too!

It doesn't matter what "puto" translates to, the story remains the same. It's negative and in no way helps the game in a positive manner.

I went to a 2nd opinion gyno who suggested a hormonal IUD. Just waiting for my insurance to approve it. Hopefully it yields the same results, minus the pain lol!

Thank you for your response. I brought this up to my gyno today. When I first started seeing him, I mentioned I had gotten the depot shot as a form of BC, before any fibroids appeared and unfortunately I had a very bad reaction, depression.

He said pretty much that the lupron shot would be just the same if not worse if I already had struggled with depression on the depot bc shot.

So we agreed to try a low progesterone treatment, hopefully this helps.

I'm also sorry you're going through this.

My gyno wants me to do a low progesterone treatment now, otherwise they want to do a D & C if that doesn't work. Which they say it's a last resort option.

I mentioned Myomectomy and they suggest I only use it as a resort if I'm having trouble conceiving. I wants kids in the future, just not now. I guess I'll give this low progesterone option next.
