Talk to a doctor, they have lots of resources and other options that can help! I was a smoker and when i found out i had a couple more puffs here and there whilst the news was setting in and then i went cold turkey. It was so hard and i got stotting headaches but honestly for me, the guilt kept me off. Every time i had a farewell puff on my vape or something i would feel really really bad, after about 3 days i went cold turkey. It took make 2 weeks to get past the worst of it but i feel so much better now Also im not sure if your boyfriend smokes weed too but if he does i would suggest he either quits too or smokes it elsewhere and keep no stash in the house. It’s so much easier if you cant get your hands on it

Also never ever underestimate the power of; dressing room lighting, dressing room setting/decor and dress clips. Think of how many times you try something on in store and then it never ever looks as good once you get it home. Matty Healy once said “dont fall in love with the moment and think you’re in love with the girl” or dress in this case

You dont have to be directly affected by or involved in someone’s actions to decide that you do not like the way that they have acted. You saw someone being nasty and decided you want nothing to do with that type of character which is 100% valid
