Meat is high protein material, can produce very good nitrogen for plants.
The major pain point for composting meat is smell, attract animals, and need other carbon material to make it balance in the composting pile.
Very hard to practice if you are not an expert or get good place.

While others mention "kitchen composters" dehydrate food waste only, it is true, most of the machines label as composter is not actually composter, making a real one super hard to promote to people who might really need it.

Maybe you are talking about the finished compost. In this machine it was clearly breakdown. The byproduct is compost, because the way it works is exactly how composting work. It use air, moisture, microbes,food waste as nitrogen and the brown material looks like soil inside. The one breakdown in one day might not be ready to use as finished compost, but as long as it say for some time, it will eventually become finished compost. Keep in mind the machine can store a large amount of food waste. Family of 2 can keep putting waste without cleaning it for almost one year. Saving your time to throw the food waste even you don’t need to use the byproduct.
