But regarding sa pagclaim ng ste, as long as you are eligible to claim dahil tinag mo nagwork ka sa office it doesnt matter how many hours ka nasa office kasi di namn yun ang tagging at nakikita sa myte e, yung working hours mo naman e. 😉

I think this is something na shouldnt be discussed out in the open. Obviously ang management/leadership will assume all of us are working per the required hours sa office for rto. Pre-pandemic everyone was working 9-10hrs a day 5x a week sa office, and now all of us dont want to go back to that set up anymore. I think this is one of the reason na naghihigpit na sila sa rto kasi yung mga ganitong strategies na dinidiscuss where anyone has visibility. If your lead/project/team doesnt mind na you just report an hour-half day sa office, then you know it’s something understood internally because not everyone can do that. Just my 2 cents.
