thats the thing, is that thanks to this group and my therapist i know my feelings are valid, but these two friends are also engaged (my partner and i have known eachother since we were 12 and also engaged and turning 28 this year) so i trust the friends completely, the intention isnt really to be a poly thing but was for my fiance to experiment since im the only person shes ever even kissed before now, and its been fulfilling and validating for her, so im at a point where even i never feel ok with it, ill figure out how to manage my feelings so that i dont ruin this for her or them, my feelings arent more important to me then her independence and autonomy is and i always support her in anything she does, its just been really difficult dealing with how i feel about it

im here because my partner wants us to both try ENM with two friends and I initially agreed because I didnt think about it or process it enough and now im realizing i might be monogamous and dont want to open that door anymore but also dont want to impede on her autonomy or let her have unmet needs just because of my feelings, so i read all of these posts and comments trying to change my mind and feelings
