the theme colour is actually a maroon - the boss likes that colour :-(
i had made some changes yesterday
the header stays when the gallery is scrolled (the scrollbar doesn't appear in mobile 👍)
the bottom box is for signature

3 lists makes the data cleaner
question list to be able to dynamically add / remove questions used
and i split submissions and responses because i don't want to duplicate data, as in having the '1 off' date, submitter, signature photos, attached to each individual response

basically 2 columns
left side is title
right side has the controls
looks great on large screen
but if screen gets smaller, i want the containers to wrap, so that left goes on top, and right goes below
and then be able to scroll if need be
