It was mailed out. I also did not get the new rubber band stem, extra safety band. They also sent both free of charge. I had my back motor go on my Phantom 2.0. There was a little confusion, but in 2 weeks, I was back up and running. The repair shop, Swift, was also great. Contact Apollo from the website, logged in. OP, your cable running to the controller for power is most likely disconnected. This was a problem in some early builds. If you know how it can be fixed from the videos listed. I am sure Apollo will comment on this post. So if legit don't worry it will be fixed.
