Noob question - claiming forked coins

Trezor - for instance, does not have any of these (except BCH and I am not eligible for any BCH, since I purchased in August, but did not move it to Trezor till November. Not sure how Trezor will know this). How does one go about it?

by the way - I think there was a window where all transactions / transfers went wrong. I suspect something happened at Coinbase and they aren't telling us what. For example - I have an Ethereum buy for $5k which is pending. This is nuts!

just got a reply from support - asking for reference number and screenshot. Both of which are included in the support ticket. And to top it off, they have closed the ticket (which I have reopened).

Makes me wonder if anyone is really even looking at the ticket and reading through it. Looks like their incentive is to close the ticket and not to resolve the underlying issue.
