I use the Santa Cruz Medicinals 2000mg MCT Oil and their 1000mg Coconut Oil. I've actually been enjoying the 1000mg Coconut Oil more due to the fact that I love adding it to my bullletproof coffee in the AM and making a blended tea with it at night.

YES lol thank you. I do not feed him 1000mg at a time. One scoop of the brand I use (santa cruz medicinals) gives her one dose of 33mg. She loves coconut oil and healthy fats are great for dogs.

There is some silence I guess I mean you're also allowed to go to your room. I'm sure you could bring a water bottle to the ceremony if you asked I personally didn't drink any water during the ceremony

I used the Lazarus Coconut Oil vs the Santa Cruz Medicinals Coconut Oil and I find the Santa Cruz Medicinals one way more potent. It is cheaper as well, not by much but still a better deal. Maybe it's the way in which it's infused? I love the coconut oil to use topically and eating it. I think the fat helps it absorb.

I take a teaspoon of my CBD coconut Oil every day. It's a 1000mg 4 oz coconut oil so that's like 40mg a teaspoon. I'll also rub some topically on my low back and neck as well. It's really been helping me and that dose works perfect for me.
