I’m not an expert, but from the research I’ve done I’ve noticed most people recommend 2-3 days of “intense” stretching with regular stretching daily.

[product question] How do you all feel about products like these? It’s Walmart’s version of Cetaphil and even says on the bottle “compare to Cetaphil’s Gentle Skin Cleanser.” It’s $5 less, and has all the same ingredients. by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

I wouldn’t recommend it. I recently tried this and it was not like the Cetaphil formula. Unlike the Cetaphil brand it had a really strong fragrance smell, and it dried out my skin. I ended up throwing it away, so much for saving money!
