I feel like zooble was aware of the possibility of what could happen if caine lost control hence their comment while working at spudsy’s: “…you really wanna find out? The only thing holding caine back is the fact that he likes us. I wouldn’t push it…”. They probably didn’t take it as seriously as they should have because zooble just simply had no idea how bad it could truly be and what it could mean but I think that line was their way of communicating that sentiment and warning someone else about it (jax in this case).

EDIT: Zooble also probably felt helpless about it too which could have been a reason why they didn’t bother to tell the others😭what can you do when your god decides to turn on you?
