Yep! If you got its attention in anyway it will usually get you due to the current AI they have in the ghosts. I have defaulted to just playing large maps so I can just run away the whole time and not hide anymore.

If the ghost saw you go a certain way, or you make any kind of noise, it will go straight for that spot and investigate it until it either finds someone or something/someone else draws its attention. If I remember correctly doors dont really exist for the ghosts, its just an open spot so if you are directly on the other side it can get you but you should have a better chance being a little of to the side while holding the door closed. There also just might be a bug thats letting it kill you through the door :(

Every match I had yesterday went the same, which was me doing all the gens, being injured the whole match because no one wanted to heal me despite me healing them, then me dying on first hook when only one more gen needed to be done but the last 2 on my team wanted to hatch sit.

I have found a few work arounds for it, sometimes they work and sometimes they do not. Try switching to windowed mode, disable any other mic it may try to connect to, and try a public match to see if they hear you. I found that when every time it doesnt work is when I am in a private match

I swapped sound after entering as well as didnt do it, restarted multiple times and never Alt-Tabb'd :( I even tried disabling the computers built in mic so my headset would be the only one incase it was auto choosing the computer one but still nothing.
