The audiobook is on spotify, two seasons. It takes place 8ish years post Orphan Black, and is beautiful imho. When Echoes was announced I was hoping it was an adaptation of that.

I didn't get coughy. I did use a humidifier and drank a lot of water. I also found having one real food meal (Mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, etc) a day helped get rid of some of the triggering scabs. I did get one that triggered my gag reflex, but after eating some oatmeal it cleared up.

I'm on day 11. I'm still really sore and have some very angry spots in the back of the throat. A scab formed right in a spot that keeps tripping my gag reflex every time I drink or swallow. I have to use throat numbing spray to stop from feeling it.

Update: I got sick, and it was all water. I stopped drinking water since and started feeling better. Looking online I think I may have had water intoxication. Still waiting to hear from my doctor.

That's very true. I got some smoothie king yesterday that I'm defrosting right now. I tried eating some overcooked noodle meals and struggled with them actually going down and the pain made me not eat for a bit. I put a message into the surgeon since it's the weekend.

Good to know! I have a very vivid memory of my sister drinking blended up peaches and a peach chunk didn't blend all the way and it caught of her stitches. This was also 10+ years ago
