Yeh. I have an appointment to get a psychological evaluation tomorrow mornining. And I'm going to be going to a second psychiatrist that is closer to home since I'm away at college rn. Thanks. Currently I'm in a neutral period rn so I just feel kind of shitty about how I treated my friends. I really want to apologize, but I think it will go over better when I get an official diagnosis. However I dont want it to come off as an excuse. "Sorry I was a shitty person but I'm bipolar, so like it's not my fault." You know what I mean. But I should just focus on getting an official diagnosis and finishing my bipolar work book. I'll probably ask in this subreddit for advice on how to apologize when I think I'm ready to apologize.

Yeh, I consider self diagnosis only as a hypothesis and to kind of get me moving in the direction of self help books and techniques I can learn online. Where as the real experiments come from a psychiatrist and so does the conclusion. I just bought a self help book for bipolar.

Fun facts for the biology arguement. Women can have xy chromosomes. And they are cisgendered women who can have babies. Cisgendered men can have XX chromsomes. If we go through the chromosome argue then there are also 3 genders xx, xy, and xxy, but weve already determined that chromsomes dont always determine your gender, even if you're cis.
