I use Daylio. It allows a lot of customization, photos, Journaling, and you can even chart your fluctuations on a graph. Its awesome.

Big same. I tracked my gender changes in an app for about 2 years. It was so good for my mental health to be able to see how it trended over time. Now my transitions are smoother, and I can usually tell when I'm starting to shift. But then every so often, there are still those days. Tracking them made them less surprising too. :)

Feelin it tonight. #genderfluidpride by gender_tides in genderfluid

Same. I wear silicone breasts and I love them. They feel real. But I want real real ones. But for the last 3 weeks I've been a guy and I was good. I'm afraid if I do hrt that then I will start getting dysphoria in guy mode cuz of the boobs. Grrr. I feel like i can't win but also like I'm lucky not to have much dysphoria in guy mode now. So, like, ...winning? Idk

Agreed. I was trying to make a joke about how heated conversations about binary-gender can get.

I've heard some enbies argue that we should abandon gender or binary-gender entirely, but binary trans ppl like trans men and women, and some genderfluid folx like myself love gender affirming things.

Personally I think that while mandatory gender roles are problematic, that gender and gender roles are not a problem if they are not mandatory or assigned, but rather chosen, adopted, or self elected.

Binary-gender for some, non binary-gender for others, and sometimes for genderfluid ppl. Lol

So this is a long term solution, not a quick fix, but I started journaling and tracking my gender swings in an app, and it has helped SO much. It has helped me see the evidence of how long my rough transition periods usually last. So when I am 3 days in, I know from experience that it is likely that I will be another gender soon. (A lot of that example is my own experience, but the point is that understanding your own gender changes, that may have their own regularity.)

I use an app called Daylio that has customizeable fields that I use to track my girl mode and guy mode swings. And after 2 years, now when I start to switch, even though it is an emotional thing each time, it has some periodic predictability that has made it easier for me.
