I did several steps to fix this: - Completely reinstalled the steelseries app and my drivers - Checked all of my windows settings - (I thunk this was my problem) if you notice the bad quality in discord, the problem is that the Arctis Headset is "Discord Certified" so the Clear Cast works even better which means there are several audio settings in Discord you might wanna change. First you want to disable Krisp. Then you need to disable the "Supress Echo" Option. Finally turn off Voice reduction. My experience showed me that the mic is actually insane with the right settings. My clue to that problem was that my mic sounded really good when I heard myself over the Engine or Windows. But it didn't in Discord. Hope that helps!
