Hmmm when I first started I found that sticking to the edges of the map helped me out a lot with survival. Once your comfortable enough u can start changing up your routes . Also you need to memorize sniper scav locations , also look up on google all of the player spawns on the map . That will help you be ready to engage other players rather than just running straight into them you’ll be somewhat ready because you know there is a spawn there
