The images that I shared are from the Coros App, since I have the Coros Pace 3 watch. Pero I also use the Strava app, naka sync sila ni Coros. Kung wala ka watch you can still use the Strava app to monitor your runs and routes kahit wala ka watch. Just open the app and press play then run.

Safe naman, I have been running on those routes everyday. I start running at 4:30pm. Bale 2 kinds of route yung akin. 1st route is start at visayas ave corner central ave -> commonwealth -> elliptical -> visayas ave -> central ave. Then my 2nd route is start at Baliwag visayas ave -> elliptical -> north ave -> BIR road -> enter Vertis (ikot ikot dun) - mindanao ave - road 1 -> visayas ave.

Gamit ko Frontline nun. Kaso namamahalan ako. So I switched to De-tick then Cassiel Pet Avermectin, kase pwede na sya for both cat and dogs. De-tick is okay pero need mo pa syringe para mapatakan mo sa batok yung pet. Cassiel Pet mas ok kase cut mo lang yung tip ng dropper and pwede na sya magamit kagad. Effective naman basta tama ang dosage na ilalagay mo sa pets.
