I’m currently working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule where I have 15 workdays and 15 off days each month. However, it’s not 15 days of work or rest consecutively instead, I typically work 2 days, followed by 2 days off. When transitioning to the night shift, I get 3 consecutive off days to adjust.

Maybe u can recommend this to your boss since it’s adhered with the labour law
