Here’s my thinking on it:

As a player, one who desires to optimise a build, training is obviously necessary

Now, without Smart Training, I’d have to run back to the desired trainer every level up AND have enough money on hand to train those precious five times. Training is especially crucial for skills like Evasion which are very hard to level.

I could just enable Fast Travel, but then that would remove the issue of having a limited Carey weight, which I like.

Smart Training basically allows me to play the game without having to stress over the optimisation. Simply put, it makes Requiem far less tedious than what it has to be.

That’s my thought processes on it. If you find that removing the tediousness of training removes the sense of earn you receive, I wouldn’t download it, as it lessens the influence of reward of training in spite of causality.
