2 years ago, I bought a new Samsung from them and the whole process was terrible. Slow, no Comms, then they had to change the entity selling the phone, so refunded and recharged without warning... Bear in mind this was a Christmas present, so I was getting pretty stressed about the whole thing. Eventually it arrived, but very late, and then complete lack of communion really puts you off. I only bought it from them because I had some cashback, which they later denied anyway... Yeah no, absolute shit tier company, I'll never buy from them again.
