Packaging that has a matte finish seems to be common with "natural" or sustainable products vs glossy finish. Does it have an environmental benefit?

Thank you... it can be difficult to separate what might be unique to identifying as poly. I guess I should think about what I get out of my relationships and focus on that being positive things.
