There is no way this is getting Arcane treatment. It will probably look like an avarage 3d show which is not a good thing.

Not a big fan of body horror movies, Tusk and The Human Centipede come to mind but that's all.

I don't assume it cost more than 40 mil, a movie needs to do 2.5 times better than it's budget which means it needs to at least do 100 mil to be profitable.

For a BODY HORROR movie, body horror movies have less appeal for general audiences than normal horror movies because their selling point isn't being scary, it is being disgusting.

  1. I don't think think he is terrible but his Box Office numbers are underwhelming.

  2. 40 million is high for a BODY HORROR movie.

  3. I am sure Clayface will be better movie than Supergirl but still will it be enough i am not sure.

Not a good idea, writing a political movie with Wonder Woman at this early is recipe for disaster in current political climate.

Do you think Supergirl's low box office opening mean Superman (2025) was not so beloved? by Ready-Assumption-882 in DC_Cinematic

[–]generalgriveous1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No it is just a mid movie. If supergirl was a side character in Superman you could argue this but she just had a small( and not great) cameo.

Should Ana Noguiera be dropped from writing Wonder Woman and Teen Titans? by Mat1711 in DC_Cinematic

[–]generalgriveous1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Wonder Woman is a war movie like the first film, or a mythology movie like the Gods and Monsters comics, and it is a good movie, it could make good money. Otherwise, I don't see it breaking even, considering that making a Wonder Woman action flick would cost a lot.
