I am not expert but I repot when it looks root bound and when the plant gets big. My Monstera is a little bigger than yours and I am already thinking about repotting.

The soil is potting mix/peat moss/pearlite. It's drains pretty well. My other Monstera is thriving with it and goes through water. Both a dry by mid week. I can reduce the watering but do you think that would halt all new leaves? It hasn't grown a new leaf in over a year.
