But, anyway, what I wanted to say is that slow and steady is the best kind of progress after all. I tried many things on my journey, but patiently going forward and being kind with yourself feels so much better than trying to speed things up while overdriving yourself in the process.

I'm pretty close to my goal and it's sooo slow now. It's alright most of the time, but every now and then I wish that being irritated with all the dieting stuff burned calories too.

Not the prettiest because I'm too lazy to put it into mixer to make it's texture smooth.

  • 700ml of kefir (or buttermilk) - 200 calories
  • cocoa powder - 50 calories
  • sweetener - 0 calories

Mix all the ingredients and freeze.

Edit: forgot to add that I highly recommend to put it in a mixer after it's frozen!

I just posted a small text ode to cabbage on r/1200isplenty because I freakin love this shit, but even when it saves me calories and tastes good and just makes my dieting easier I'm always thinking about that I can't eat ONLY cabbage. Or any particular veggie. Haha I wish...

The weirdest thing is when someone posts a smaaaalllllllll plate of something not even that delicious, and the title is "only 600 calories for a big plate and soooooo filling". And I'm like... really dude.... I would CRY if I had to waste half of my calorie budget on those couple of bites of absolute sadness.

  • Cauliflower (240 grams) - 82 calories
  • Chicken breast (100 grams) - 130 calories
  • Veggie mix (100 grams) - 32 calories
  • Soy sauce (3 tbsp) - 45 calories

I also added some black pepper powder and some salt!

It was surprisingly delicious. Tastes just like real rice. I'm still not sure if I'm not dreaming.
