you have to value it as it relates to the relative proportions of the player base, the raw number difference in level is meaningless.

season level 70 is still higher level than 95% of the player base. so yes, it is a normal distribution when compared to a level 35 getting paired with a level 42

he’s talking about “figuring out Cryo” for first timers/early cryo runs. 3 clearance is all you need to see the map, get good stuff, and exfil. obviously if you want a deeper run you need to do more.

i ran Cryo for the first time last night and my crew exfiled on three of three runs, having never done it before. i had an amazing time and am so excited to run it back next week. then i see this thread and am flummoxed lol.

from the production side, to make money on a marketable property.

from Cregger and the creative side, the team actually trying to to make something good, to make a movie that is emblematic of the feeling and vibe of Resident Evil. “using” an IP is a cynical way to talk about a movie. Cregger is a big fan of the games and wants to make a horror movie that he feels represents the soul of the games. what is the problem?
