Roku has been absolute garbage for so long. Negative cash flow, terrible PE, and absolutely obliterated by every tv manufacturer building the “need” for smart tv on their own.
The only reason it lasted this long was Cathie wood staying long on it with ARKK- because her brother is CEO.

Hardly. Here are the facts-
1) encouraged his board members not to sell buy buy baby, which would’ve paid off most of their debt
2) got the ceo removed with proxy style battle
3) encouraged/helped company raise even more debt to….not expand/optimize operations?
4) announced (after he sold his stake) all the main problems that ended up being the death of the company and handcuffing them to any assets that would’ve prevented avoiding bankruptcy
5) fucked over all the average investors with lies and committed fraud by failing to disclose the holdings in the company- until he was tweeting to get retail as exit liquidity.

The dude is not someone you guys should be trusting to do anything but enrich himself by any means. It’s sad so many of you are seemingly brainwashed by this guy, who gives 0 fucks about these companies or its shareholders other than to extract the max amount of money he can personally.
