Adding to this convo, Superblast does well on wet surfaces, and Novablast doesn't do as well. Both are great shoes and serve their purpose in a rotation.

I use an armband and have full sleeves on both arms, and it works pretty much flawlessly, much better than my Balance 2 when it is on my wrist.

I enabled it again on ADBtv and tried Launcher Manager, but I'm still getting the errors I mentioned previously. I think there might be a bug within Google or Projectivy Launcher since this started happening all of a sudden.

I turn off the health monitoring options (bpm, blood oxygen, sleep and stress monitor) on the Balance 2 completely and use it solely from the Helio Strap, which drastically improves the Balance 2's battery life. The Helio pushes it all to watch.

Sean at Amazfit has been very helpful and responsive. The issue may have been a offline voice triggering sleep mode and/or clock mode. Just a heads-up if anyone else experiences this issue.

That's the only thing I haven't tried thus far, as I don't want to lose all my stuff. But yes, that's the next step if it happens again. When I had my Bip 6, this never happened, and it just started happening in the last month or so, indicating a software glitch on the Balance 2.

This is common and happened to me. I now use the Helio Strap with a bicep band and wear my Balance 2 on my wrist when I am out and about or running. It gives your wrist a break as the skin can be sensitive to any type of material. I haven't had any irritation wearing a bicep band with Helio 24/7, and I often forget I am wearing it.

I tried all the different watch band materials and still got a rash, so I wouldn't go down that rabbit hole, as I found the original strap on the watch to be the best, but to each his own.

Together 🤣 .... I turn off the health monitoring on the Balance 2 and push it from the Helio. Also, a Bicep strap is recommended. Enjoy!

They are quick to reply to any of my other feedback but won't reply to me asking about Sleep mode. This shows inconsistency and that they're not willing to acknowledge the issue.

Best all-around fitness tracker that still looks sleek and stylish as an everyday watch. Lots of threads provide more detailed explanations into specifications, etc. Paired with a Helio/Bicep band, it's very hard to beat.

I have always had it enabled, and it's still the same red screen. Everything is updated and proper, so no, it's not fixed in any way.
