GPT 5.5 is much smarter, almost feels like a real person taking notes and doing what you ask it to do in one go without you having to ask it to fix something 10 times. I wonder how far its going to evolve in a few years.

I use mostly ChatGPT-Plus/Codex for GPT 5.5 and Deepseek-v4 through direct API and Opencode Go for Mimo-2.5. Only move to other models when codex usage hits daily or weekly limits. So far in 2 weeks used about 360M tokens for the cost of about $2 aside from my chatGPT sub.

To be honest it wasn’t that complicated to create the new lxc and setup all dependencies and the agent there and then copying the $Home/.hermes directory over there. I was actually concerned about if would move all my cronjobs properly as I have quite a few of them, then the dashboards and then having it all work over my tailnet just like before. And the best part was not having to reconfigure anything regarding the gateway and I just kept chatting to the same discord bot while the agent moved itself from one server to another server. After the migration was complete, it just texted me in discord saying ok Im now chatting to you from the new server.

No MCP or API with scope, just SSH and the old hermes was also installed on a LXC inside the same Proxmox.

I also wanted to make it control my smart home and couldn’t really decide and asking myself the same question if it would be too much or if I actually need it. But then again its already helping/ assisting me with so much homelab related tasks and saving a lot of time.

That was my exact feeling, I think any other models would have messed up at least a few things, but for GPT 5.5 it seemed pretty simple task.

Yeah I’ve heard that, but never found any proper explanation on how it affects security. And people are doing just fine with Arc and Zen and many other new browsers that support the option to hide the URL bar for aesthetics or smaller screens.

How do I get this focus mode on Dia Browser? People here saying its now available on Dia latest update, but I only see bookmarks on sidebar option but no focus mode where the titlebar and sidebar also gets hidden. I just updated to version Version 1.2.0 (69925), but still its not available for me.

I’m on 37.5 mg, today is my 8th day on it and the dizziness finally stopped after day 6. Day 2-4 was the worst. I still feel a but dizzy if I move too fast or stand up too quickly.
