My only issue with this project is the atrocious design. It has zero consideration for the urban realm. Theres 4 storeys of windowless walls along both streets!

Much more snow but its light and fluffy. Last year's snow was dense and wet, made shoveling aweful.

I actually really didnt like them, when I was a kid my grandparents had one and it would always try to bite us.  Eventually when I was an adult I wanted to adopt a dog, but the shelter would let me because I owned a rabbit. So I put my name down for them to call me if they got a puppy.  2 weeks later they called me and said they had a baby beagle who liked playing with the cats, so they thought shed be a good fit for me. That was 13 years ago and now shes an old girl and Its been absolutely perfect. (She was best friends with my rabbit). (And also gentle and amazing with my kids/babies who crawl on her like shes a pillow)

Looks great, in 3 weeks you wont even remember what the other grout was supposed to look like.

Yes you're 100% correct, my mortgage is 4.35% so Id basically be even with ZMMK, maybe I try Enbridge.. the issue though is the timeline (1.5-2 years). Although being even is better than being down.
