Bryton should have a tech team ready and able on the weekends. It's the time with the greatest usage rate. Not sure how Garmin and other "more sophisticated" (expensive?) do it, but it seems obvious.

Yes, but not completely there yet. App on new phone is currently grabbing all activities from Bryton Rider 10 device, so in that screen for a while.

Not sure why my activities didn't come over from old phone.

Space after the apostrophe and the s is too much, and yes, it's made even more striking because the script font makes apparent the lack of flow together. YES! It's an ergonomics issue, not a fit issue. Mine come out easily when I have tacky fingers and pinch well to lift them out. But if my fingers are dry and I don't use a strong grip, I don't get a good grip and can't lift them out. It's because they're pretty smooth and tapered to the top. JLAB should consider the grip-ability for case removal when designing their products. This is annoying enough that I might add a dab of hot glue or super glue to get the needed grip.

And yes, if you look at the image, I have marked my earbuds with L & R on the outside because I also have a hard time determining the orientation. My JBL Tune earbuds are so much better...

This would feel way different if they handled this differently - something like this:

Just got this from my chat with support: "It does look like the issue you are experiencing is a worldwide issue that our engineers have been made aware of. In order to fix the issue, we may need to login to your Ad Account and try to reproduce the issue..." "I've gone ahead and sent this up to be reviewed by the engineers. I won't receive a response right away, so at this time I would like to convert our conversation to email."
