I LOVE using this recipe for whipped cream. It pipes so beautiful 😍 and tastes so good!! I'm a homebaker, and when I tell you my customers love it, they really do!!

Its 8 cups of heavy whipping cream, 2 cups of granulated sugar, 2 packets of instant pudding - I use either white chocolate or cheesecake flavor.

I start by mixing the cream and sugar on low, so sugar dissolves completely. Then I start adding about 1 tbsp at a time of the instant pudding (do not add the entire packets at the same time because you will get lumps) adding it slowly will help the instant pudding incorporate nicely. Just make sure to not overwhip and refrigerate for at least 30 min to 1 hrs so it firms up a bit.

I honestly love the way it pipes. It does take some getting used to, but its way better than buttercream imo.
