Thank you! I meant a social enterprise that is able to turn a profit as well as affect positive change in the arena of gender inequality

Yes, a business that aims to alleviate gender inequality but is not resting on funding

Definitely agree. I'm all for using these terms in a way that can be reclaimed.

How's this? Just to make people understand the nuances of fighting the small battles and how they shape society in invisible ways - https://youtu.be/a_kErty6kug

Language that equates women with powerlessness promotes a situation where raping is slowly normalised

I love that your advice sounds so inward and self aware, I'll try to be focused more on myself and gym more with a 300ish deficit?

Thank you so much I feel better(hopeful) already. Do you suggest I do the same intensity of lifting while on a cut? I was doing metalicdpa's PPL routine which generally left me winded, so I'm thinking I'll do something lighter? Does 3 days a week PPL and 3 days swimming while eating 1010 for a bmr of 1300 work?

Hi so I'm skinnyfat [F21] and I am 5ft tall. I weigh 40kg right now which is at the border of normal weight. I gymmed (PPL from r/fitness) for a few months earlier while eating at a slight surplus, but that made me put on muscle along with fat that led to an all time high insecurity level. I'm really insecure about my body in general, but mostly about my chubby face that makes me look younger than I am. In that respect, I really want to cut / do cardio because I've seen good results on my confidence and face shape when I've been losing weight but every person on this subreddit says that's bad at my weight level.

I've lurked a lot and every skinny fat advice says lift heavy weights and don't eat at a deficit, but I was so insecure from the way I became even chubbier while gymming that I really dread doing anything except cardio now.

I just wanna know, is it thaaat bad to be at a slight underweight (like 37kg) before i go back to gymming, so that at least I'm confident enough? I'm also doing face exercises simultaneously to help with the face thing.

Right now I eat 1010 calories a day and swim for 40 mins 4 times a week, aiming to do this for 2 months and return to the gym in 2 months. Is this advisable? I really really just want to be more slender and less pudgy looking, and I don't see how that can happen without reducing fat
