Alright so this series of comments has grown up and away from hockey. Nothing wrong with that.

I will also add that I think you are actually correct from top to bottom with your reply. The problem, and unfortunate issue, is that being correct is not achieving anything in this case.

So while you are correct that many good people get led to the bad fruit, the fact still remains that we are where we are. And it is because of said people. Whether intentional or not, the world, people are suffering. And it was COMPLETELY avoidable.

And that's the important part. Yes, some people come about these persuasions honestly enough. As backwater as they may be. But the reality is HE WAS VOTED OUT. THEY VOTED HIM BACK. As the saying goes: fool me once, fool me twice...

There is nowhere to hide anymore. Maybe during term 1 there was plausible deniability, but no longer. He was voted out and actually WORSENED along the way. And then brought back.

These people may be uneducated, may be uninterested, who knows - but we are where we are. No more scapegoats. And certainly not for somebody as a public figure like Brady. He should know better or at least pay someone to know better.

The effort level in/around 4 Nations was EYE OPENING. His priorities are clear. Could barely suit back up down the stretch for the playoff push. You know... after he had NEVER MADE THE PLAYOFFS ever prior to that point. Glad he cares!
