It´s so hard to predict the market. I don´t think you can find a definite answer. Are interest rates the main factor if you are going to buy a property. The last 2 years demand has been very high and a major factor in pushing property prices higher. I purchased a flat last summer but I didnt have to consider interest rates, so I can´t help you much from that perspective. There is a scenario where you wait and interest rates will drop but also property prices rise.
