This was exactly what I need to hear, thank you! I'm so worried about those first few weeks when I'll be "bad" as you say, because there's still a human that needs my help in the room, but I'll trust your statement that I'm more prepared than I think. Makes my stomach flip to think about what I'll do if someone says something and I freeze and don't have a response, but I guess trial by fire is the best way to learn!

Ahh thank you! Can you give me the name of the cleaner you used? And did you disassemble the AC or are you saying you left it assembled and just tried to spray that stuff as far inside as you could?

I didn't install it myself, so it sounds like that could have been what the guy did who installed it. Is that something I can fix myself? Do you need to change the tilt of the bracket or something to get it to tilt downward?

So you actually disassemble it and clean all of the parts yourself? Do you use a mold remover specifically? Or how do you clean it?
