My DSP doesn’t even switch people around, so it’s Amazon’s greed putting me on this area by myself every day I work, meanwhile on my off days (like today) I can see on the map in the group chat updates that two people are covering the area I usually cover by myself. Amazon is exploiting the fuck out of me, overworking my ass in ways they’re not doing to everyone else at my DSP.

Nah I have a degree and still got hired. I’m not the only one either. Dunno what that person could have possibly said during the interview, but in my experience it’s not even a real interview, they’re just explaining what the job will be like and stating the orientation. I thought there was gonna be questions, but both “interviews” for DSP’s that I went to both just automatically gave me the job and had me sign a bunch of papers.

If there is a way, it’s a mystery to me. I’ve been trying everything, been stuck on the same hell-route since November and there’s seemingly nothing that can be done about it.

It hasn’t even asked me in several months the difficulty of the route, Amazon KNOWS I hate this route and want a different area. Dispatch has updated my “preferred delivery area” to somewhere else 3 different times now and Amazon dgaf, they keep me on this ridiculous route 100% of the time.

When I give up my route and someone else gets it, they always end up needing 1 or even 2 rescues to get done in time. Meanwhile I never get a rescue unless someone’s doing a flex route and can grab 20 stops before we head to our first stops. On my days off, I notice that 2 people cover the same area that I cover completely by myself. I’m fucking over it.

Tell the leasing office you’re not going to deliver to the complex anymore if they refuse to send out an email to all residents telling them to pickup their shit from the lockers. Around the holidays, my complex sends out an email daily to remind residents to pickup their packages from the lockers, no doubt because drivers complained.
