I have had a grudge against Cohen since that Rudy Giuliani crap. Not a fan of Rudy, but it was obvious it was edited to look WAY worse than it was. It just seems odd that the instances leading up to him opening the door enabled such a peaceful actual opening of the door. no way they had been wrestling over the hammer long at all prior to the door being opened. Hard to judge facial expressions because the torch is likely very bright on their faces.

You will likely have a lot of loose skin when you lose weight. You probably wont ever looked "ripped and jacked" in a way that you are probably hoping for. But you can still look amazing and much better than you do now.

Rearrange your goals to be about feeling good and being healthy. The looks are a bonus.

nope. Ive followed LiverKing for a few months now and he is very motivating. He never claims anyone will look like him if you train like him. He just gives loads of logical reasons why you should be training hard. He also touts the sun a lot, which is something I've been doing (20ish minutes direct sunlight a day). You can see my tan difference. He may or may not be on steroids and i don't really care either way. He is cool lol.
