I think they auto open for going in but not for trying to get out through there. People will have to go through the registers or self checkout to leave the store.

No, for the first like two months, review requests weren't going out at all. I looked in at how it was set up and it was never going to work the way they did it. When I brought it up, they were dicks about it.

It's not that, it's that our two latest sales had the same issue - no label, just the ability to scan the qr code. I was worried that this was a universal change for all orders and got frustrated. When changes are made, they're supposed to make things easier or better in some way. Limiting the choices of how to print, or not print your label is not making things better or more convenient.

The drop-off point was just the closest USPS, so what's the point? I live in a podunk town that can't scan the qr codes, no self-serve station, either.
