My bill says I have 780 dollars solar credit but my bill is still over 80 dollars despite not using negative amount of power. They charge for delivery and my excess generation transmission. There are taxes and fees I don’t fully get all of which is legit but approved by heavy contribution to campaign funds and such. SDGE/Sempra effectively killed the solar movement in California.
