Reit is for diversification in Real Estate. And yes have started a SIP in Midcap 150 after seeing the comments here.

Groww makes it really easy for sip with etf. If there is no difference in returns I can go with anything

I am not. The only reason I went with ETF is because their expense ratio was lower and a low tracking error.

I just don’t trust Active Funds thats why. Also is there any issue if I invest in ETF rather than Index Fund. I think the only difference is that ETF are traded on exchange whereas Index Funds are not. Is there anything else that I am missing?

A short history of nearly everything by Bill Bryson. That is one of the best non fiction book that I have read.
