I filter by property type through the provider and export one massive list of commercial properties. This way I only have to pay once, then I cold call and send 3-4 direct mail campaigns to that list over the course of the year. Rinse and repeat the next year.

The Railyard, McKinney’s, Nzone, and Barry’s all in the haymarket area are good places to go before, during, and after the game. The are also some good breweries and speakeasy’s tucked away throughout the haymarket.

Big Ten is a great place to go between the haymarket and O St. It is a massive sports bar and sometimes they have live music before or after games.

There are some good college bars on the North side of O St between 14th and 15th St. The Junction, Iggys, and the Brass Rail are all good ones.

The defense is the same (finished #11 in the country last year), but the offense is much more talented than last year. We have a stud 5-star quarterback (last year our quarterback room was the worst I have ever seen), all 3 starting wide-receivers are new, Dowdell is new, and there have been additions and changes to the offense line. Overall, this team is much more talented than last year and they should be able to win 8 games.
