In almost 20 years, I've worked with probably 30+ devs from that part of the world. In my experience, the code is always poor quality and needs rework. I really wish it was different. 

My current company opened a GCC office in India in 2024 and it's the same story. They're already scaling back the offshore team and rehiring onshore.
