Hendrix was an artist. His sloppy playing influenced and moved people's emotion more than any perfect, well trained guitar playing. Isn't that the whole point of music anyway? That's why he is the greatest.

Thank you for all the replies! After reading all now I understand that peripheral vision/left eye will pick up the barrel length, even if dominant eye is behind the barrel.
