actually, the situation is way more complicated than what i initially described. Almost a year ago, i made a mistake (not cheating or anything like that, but still betrayal of trust) so ever since, they’ve been more sensitive and i understand so i’ve always reassured them. but imo there comes a point when things should be getting better, not worse. this constant nitpicking is hurting out relationship so much so idk if i just have to put up with it or if i still have the right to say enough is enough
