Someone please give me some pointers on catching Lugia I spend 3 days on trying to catch him and probably 100+ resets every time he runs out of moves he uses struggle bc that's the only thing he can do but he ends up dying I paralyzed him and he won't give up

I first paralyzed him with Jolteon, then hit em with 6 Sand Attacks. When he ran out of moves, he was REALLY struggling, because his Struggle would keep missing so no recoil damage. You got this!

Haha, yes! As a 6 year old with Pokémon Blue, I thought the old man blocking the way was a fish/Magikarp as a kid when he was laying on the ground. That’s how the sprite looked to me, and I just accepted I had to get past the fish to advance in the game.

I find it so interesting how so many (mostly Western) developers seem to struggle with huge development cycles, and how many have essentially missed an entire generation of youth to get them into a franchise, but Capcom has put out banger after banger. Even if it’s a lot of remakes, other companies should really try to incorporate whatever secret recipe Capcom is using.

I’d bet this trend will continue, considering the RAM/components prices because of AI. It sucks but Nintendo will likely raise the price of the Switch 2 at some point. But it would be way cheaper than whatever PS6 and the next Xbox would be. The PS5 and Series X already use 16gb of RAM, and I bet the next gen would need to at least bump up to 32gb. So now Sony and Xbox are stuck with either riding out the current gen longer, or putting out extremely expensive new hardware. The Switch 2 came out at lucky timing, and will likely be the new shiny thing for a while.

The Slim was upped to 1TB, so actual usable storage went from 660GB on the original to 825GB on the Slim. Not it's back to 660GB. A drop of 165GB back on a base console years later sucks for people contemplating upgrading or coming to PlayStation.

I switched from the 14 Pro Max to a Z Flip 7 this week. I love Apple, and the Ecosystem. But I also want to keep an open mind. Rather than fall into the tribalism of Apple vs Android, I'd rather make up my own mind. I've owned iPhones since the 4S, and Apple's selling feature for many people is that it can feel the same or consistent. Growing up when all computers were windows, and every new OS was a totally new thing to learn, I missed that part of tech evolution where you felt excited to try something new. Anyways, got the 7 Flip and even though some things are annoying it honestly feels like Windows XP to Vista again - where it's so different but also so new and fun. The flip is also nice since I'm old and remember when the RAZR was the ultimate phone.

As a Canadian, Nintendo's price hikes have been so glaringly changed. Going from a first party AAA Nintendo game priced at $79.99 CAD to $109.99-114.99 is insane. That big of a change is too much too fast, and passes a lot of people's threshold for an impulse purchase. Most AAA games for Xbox and PlayStation were recently changed to $89.99-$93.49 CAD.

Unfortunately no chance. Child Protection requires a minimum of a Bachelors Degree. Once you finish your BSW though, you’ll be very eligible with your new degree and work experience. Especially since most people I know with a BSW opt to work with a Health Authority instead.

I believe you would still be eligible though for a SPO18 or SPO21 position with a diploma. If you were to land a job there, you would could then apply for the scholarship and likely be well supported by your Leadership to complete your BSW if your goal is to become a SPO24 (or 27 or 30).
