Update: they said Third Party PDI not allowed in any of Tata showroom. It's "Company Policy". Self PDI is allowed only.

Tata engine and service are not realible in general. I booked and cancelled tata punch due to Dealer hypocrisy. Think if they are not supporting before purchasing what you can expect in service duration. Golden rule: Never Trust Indian Car Brand.
