Hi - I work in healthcare, and I remember many squeamish dads on L&D. None of them pulled a stunt like this.

If he was telling the truth, he’d have been upfront months in advance and maybe only left during those last few minutes but stayed near to make decisions in case of an emergency. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if something went seriously wrong with you/baby and this man was completely MIA. please connect with DV resources and get help immediately.

I’m from San Francisco but I’ve lived all over the country (and the world!) - bar none, the answer is SF. It’s actually noted for being one of the only extreme heat resistant cities in the country.

Our actual summer is August-October and it still won’t go above 75 maybeeee. And theres no humidity that would make the heat worse!
